We delivery to All UK addresses including Northern Ireland (where there may be duty to pay). A flate rate charge of £4.95 may be made, with Free shipping on orders over £60.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and would like to resolve any issues if at all possible so please contact us first. We reserve the right to replace or repair any faulty product.
Lights purchased from this website (bathroom-lights.co.uk) are made to your order by Mullan Lighting.
All Mullan Lighting lights are bespoke, hand made for you, when you order them, they are therefore non-returnable. Products that are bespoke (made to order) are not covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In the unlikely event they arrive damaged or if there is a technical issue, please contact us first so that we can assess what needs to be done. We may require a photograph of the light to speed assistance. We or the manufacturer reserve the right to replace or repair the fitting as appropriate, and will contact you with details as each case is different.
If you choose to return the order (or part ) a charge of 50% of the full selling price will be deducted from the refund, the cost of return is your responsibility.
Returned goods must be unused and have not been installed or fitted and returned in original (or good) packing, they will not be accepted where goods have been used or installed and prevent them being re-sold as new. Always return items by a method that can be tracked and keep a receipt.
We can arrange collection of a return and will quote if required, (these costs to be deducted from refund). Alternatively use one of the carriers on this site. Parcels 2 Go (we do not receive any reward for this service)
